Join the MIT Enterprise Forum of San Diego on May 19th at 3:30pm PST (6:30pm EST) as we breakdown the hottest talked about structure to bringing a company public in the recent year – Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs). And, why are we hearing so much about them now?
Our experienced panel will give us an overview to the structure of these deals. Then, we’ll discuss the differences compared to a traditional IPO, due diligence process and, more importantly, the benefits and risks involved.
To provide first-hand experience, we will also hear from a company that went public in late-March via a SPAC structure to provide insight and lessons learned!
